Description

How to Use :
Soak 1 cup Chick Peas in water overnight. Pressure cook and keep aside. Fry 2 finely chopped onions in 50g cooking oil till golden brown. Add chopped Tomato, green chili, ginger, salt and spices as per taste and stir. Add 2 table spoon Thirsty Fresh Chana Masala Ready Mix, Boiled Chick Peas and required amount of fresh water. Cover & bring to boil on low flame for 4-5 min. Serve hot with Roti, Puri or Bhature.

Black cardamom, Black pepper, Black salt, Caraway seed, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander seed, Cumin seed, Funnel seed, Ginger powder, Iodized salt, Kashmiri mirch, Kasuri methi, Lemon powder, Mint leaves, Star anise, Turmeric powder.
Storage :
This product also need to be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry and dark place. And If exposed to moisture and sunlight the product may lose its potency and pungency. If stored in proper conditions, the product has shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
