Use Thirsty Fresh Sabji Masala, a wonderful mix sparingly in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
When using Thirsty Fresh Sabji Masala, you can often omit the use of any other spice, apart from adding more chilli powder if you like. Sabji masala is often added to the cooking process “Tadka” in hot oil. It is a fabulous combination of spices that uses up more day to day spices than in Garam masala.
How to Use :
Chop up any desired vegetable like potato, cauliflower, cabbage, brinjal, capsicum, beans, carrot etc., you can add chick peas, green peas, onion and paneer. Fry in oil or ghee with required normal spices and salt as per taste. Add Thirsty Fresh Sabji Masala Ready Mix in ratio 1 table spoon to 500g of cooked vegetable, stir well, cover and cook for 4-5 min on low flame. Serve with Roti, Puri, Nan.

Asafoetida, Bay leaf, Black cardamom, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander seed, Cumin seed, Fenugreek seed, Funnel seed, Ginger powder, Green cardamom, Iodized salt, Kashmiri mirch, Lemon powder, Star anise, Turmeric powder.
Storage :
This product also need to be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry and dark place. And If exposed to moisture and sunlight the product may lose its potency and pungency. If stored in proper conditions, the product has shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Please take less than the prescribed amount of Thirsty Fresh product when you are using it for the first time.
